    I have a Motorola V-190 GSM quadband unlocked cell phone that I use to travel around the US and abroad. It's very convenient when you arrive at a foriegn airport to pick up a sim card at a kiosk,insert it into your cell have a local number as long as you're there.In the US I have been using T-mobile as my local carrier. I've found T-mobile service better than that of AT&T. However, since T-mobile's coverage in rural areas is pretty dismal, I decided to switch to AT&T.I ordered the AT&T Sim Card SKU 71234 offered here, and it was delivered in three days (good job OEM Shop). I logged into the AT&T sim registration site and registered the sim card (free). You need to give them the sim card # (20 digits starting with 89...) and your cell phones IMEI # (located in you cell phone under the battery).     Works OK with my HP Voice Messenger

    I am a foreign tourist visiting the US. I asked AT&T (chat support) if my unlocked HP 510 Voice Messenger would work with a SIM card purchased at Amazon's. They said that I could use my phone but "... you have to purchase a SIM card from an AT&T dealer..." However, I decided to purchase this very inexpensive SIM card, which arrived within 7 days (standard shipping). Went to GoPhone's page to activate it; they asked for my device's IMEI number (typed *#06# in the phone) and my new SIM card's serial number.     Works great!

    The local AT&T store wanted $25 for a SIM card, plus they told me that the only plan available with their $25 SIM card would cost 25 cents per minute. No thanks! I found this one on Amazon, ordered it and received it within 2 days. It worked just fine, and upon activation was able to get the 10 cent per minute and $1 per day when used plan. Well worth the $5 I paid for the card even if some people say that you can get a SIM card for free from AT&T - I never figured out how to get a free one and it was worth $5 not to have to worry about figuring it out.     You must activate it in an AT&T agent (add USD$ 15 it will be enough). Activation through internet was not possible but the AT&T agent is the solution. Now your cellphone is ready to receive and make calls. In the AT&T Go-Phone page you can create an account to add money to your prepaid simcard. In this webpage you can also add features like internet access. If you want to use internet in your cellphone, you need to add the APN in your cellphone. It sounds difficult, but it is not if you use the unlockit webpage. Write the URL in your cellphone (wifi connection) press continue, then Custom APN, Choose US-AT&T (broadband).     Sim Failure

    Bought the micro sim card and activated it with AT&T and added $15 credit so I could make calls. Once the micro sim card had been activated by AT&T plus the $15 credit on my Unlocked Iphone 4g which read Sim Failure & Invalid Sim.They would not reimburse the $15 AT&T credit or send a new micro sim card. But when i got it I discovered the seller actually cuts the sim with a micro sim cutter and then packages the card again with plastic to sell it as a micro sim.     I'm amazed by the number of people these days who own nothing but cordless phones. Now, I like cordless phones; they're an indispensable part of modern life. But, unlike a simple phone like this Trimline, most cordless phones don't work when the electricity goes out. This phone requires no battery or AC power, and has a lighted keypad, and a ringer on/off switch--all of which make it a nice bedroom phone for emergencies. I have tried reprogramming it and double-checked that the ringer is switched on. Some days it just won't ring. The second one, I picked up a few weeks ago.     a very good phone--especially at this price !!!

    I recently bought this phone after several two more expensive models failed; his telephone by AT&T and Lucent works better than the other phones I bought when I had to get a new phone for my home. The construction of this telephone reflects great engineering; and it's very, very reliable for a price that's very inexpensive these days for a phone. Yes, it is corded; but when all you really need is a basic phone this really does the job. Besides, the fact that this is corded means you'll never misplace the cordless handset!The phone has back lit buttons which are desirable for those of us who are elderly or in any way sight impaired. The buttons could be brighter but the back lighting does improve upon no lighting. The phone offers well known features including "last number redial," too. The phone has a mute feature, adjustable ringer volume and more. These functions never disappoint me.     Exactly What I Needed!

    I purchased the Elevate since I need internet connectivity for multiple devices, depending on which I have with me at the time: iPad, iPod Touch, or laptop. I've had mine since the day they came out, a few months ago.Two favorite things about it:-My internet connection is secure. I use the Elevate in Starbucks or B&N or other public areas when I'm going onto a site such as banking or PayPal.-I can connect up to 5 devices on it at the same time, so I'm able to share with a friend, wherever I am, if I want to do so.The unit is smaller than my Blackberry.     This is a very polished product. The device's own display is very helpful but it also has full web interface that lets you control a lot of the behavior of the wi-fi "router". When connected to 4G LTE (see explanation below) it is amazingly fast. The battery life is as advertised (not great), but it can provide service while charging which early LTE modems _did_ _not_ do.Note: I have seen 7Mbps downloads in Nassau County, NY with this modem on 4G LTE.AT&T 3G vs AT&T 4G vs AT&T 4G LTE:AT&T 3G, available for years, is HSDPA technology which peaks at 7.2 Mbps download. Real results are probably more like 3+ MbpsAT&T 4G, available in many markets since 2010/2011, is HSDPA+ (better 3G done with upgrades to existing equipment).     seems pretty slow

    Does not work with GT Option Ultra Express card with MacBook Pro and 3G ATT service.Still can't really tell if the title/description was stating that it would work or not work with this card, but in any case, it does not.     Failed after a week

    I received the usb express card adapter to use with an Asus mini laptop I just bought. Initially it performed very well. The second time I plugged it into the usb port, it shut down the computer. Tried the third time while on the phone with Asus tech support and it worked again. Next time and ever since, it has not worked. Plugged just the adapter into another Dell Inspiron laptop and got the message that an over voltage drain was detected and the port would be shut down. My guess is a short in the short wire that connects the Express card slot to the usb connector. Don't have the original packaging, so I guess it's just trash. Ordered and am now using a SIIG unit that is larger and seems more robust and hopefully will continue working. I wouldn't recommend this product based on my experience, but I see others have had no problems and are very pleased. It is more compact and easier to carry with a laptop.
