Wish there was a 0 star option

I bought this phone for a reduced price almost a year ago with a new contract from ATT. Really wish I had got the Matrix that my brother chose that was for free.I HATE THIS PHONE!1. Touch screen is either unresponsive or chooses the wrong "button." More than half the time it chooses an icon on the opposite side of the screen!2. Battery life sucks! I have to charge it every night with very little use. If I use the phone how I'd like to (moderately heavy use) then I have to have it fully charged, charge again in the afternoon, and charge again at night.3. The phone doesn't recognize when you set an individual ringtone for people in your address book. Tried to update my software (an option in the settings) to fix it, which kept saying "FAILED TO CONNECT."4. After about 4 months I had a software glitch in which caused my phone to turn off when choosing my txt msg inbox. So I got a replacement phone with the insurance program. I... 1/5 Jennifer D. terrible quality

this phone is terrible. it's slow, is built poorly, and the touch screen is horrible. it doesn't respond sometimes and thinks you're clicking one thing when you pressed something else. i decided to return it after using it for one day. also, if you have any other carrier than at&t, the gps will not work. 1/5 Rebecca Holmes - See all my reviews, June 23, 2010

    Caution!

The item purchased is fine - not great but does what it says it will do - however I do caution you with dealing with this seller OEM Shop. They use trite, standard comments regarding customer service, but fail to read previous emails, blatantly lied in one email about method of shipping, to sum it up - one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with and Amazon associate - use caution with dealing with this company! 1/5 MSJ - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Unlocked Orange Quickfire

I purchased the quickfire from Amazon about a month ago as a christmas present for myself. Ok first off if you want to buy an unlocked phone research it first. Because this phone unlocked was a waste.I cant go on facebook and I cant send nor get picture messages, and you cannot use ur microSD card in this phone while unlocked. I tried with two different ones and last but not least no bluetooth. The touch screen isn't that well. Its a little bulky and thick. The orange is ok. I would rate it 1.5 out of 5. Oh and I tried it with a tmobile sim card. 4/5 Kierra - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Just Terrible.

When I first got this, I was actually quite happy with it, about two weeks later, my touch screen wasn't working, or when i'd select an icon, the icon on the opposite side would open. So I sent it back. When I got my new one, it was okay, If you can live with the ridiculous size of it,and the 24.5% of the time the touch screen doesn't work, and the awkward keypad, it's a good phone. 2/5 davidg - See all my reviews This review is from: Brand New Unlocked GSM Quickfire Phone, GTX750R (Orange) (Wireless Phone Accessory) When I first got this, I was actually quite happy with it, about two weeks later, my touch screen wasn't working, or when i'd select an icon, the icon on the opposite side would open. Terrible!

I purchased this phone for my son and when we took it out of the box, we put in the sim card and sd card. It could not find the SD card. Then it would turn its self off. The only way to power it back up, you had to put it on the wall charger and then turn it on. The battery was already fully charged 1/5 tlong72 - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Recalled

I bought this phone and loved it, until the touch screen stopped working. When I called AT&T they informed me that it was recalled in 2009. There is nothing they can do for you either, so don't even waste your money. It will work for a few months and then NOTHING. Now I am out the money. Amazon should take this item off it's site. 1/5 laurahi - See all my reviews This review is from: AT&T Quickfire GTX75 Cell Phone Orange (Wireless Phone Accessory) I bought this phone and loved it, until the touch screen stopped working. Loved this phone!

I bought this phone when it first came out. Which I guess was three years ago? For a touch screen this phone was very durable! I'm a horse rider so I useually go through phones like I do clothes. I've had horses "eat" my phone before. Anyways, I dopped my phone to many times to count on concrete,in mud among other things, the screen never cracked unlike the Iphone and other touch screens. People say it's a crappy phone, though I do not agree. I don't think its the phones I honestly think it's just At&t. I will definitly be buying this phone again! 5/5 onyx_cross - See all my reviews This review is from: AT&T Quickfire GTX75 Cell Phone Orange (Wireless Phone Accessory) I bought this phone when it first came out. ths phone

This phone worked ok when i first got it, but after a couple of weeks the touch screen would feeze up when i was texting and i had to reset it ever time it did that. Also when i go some where i keep my phone in my back pocket but every time i would put it there it would turn of and i would have to take the battery out to get it to come back on.
