Motorola i1 Coming to Sprint

  With all the buzz around the iPhone, we sometimes miss hardware announcements from other manufacturers, but we were really happy to hear the new Motorola i1 would be coming to Sprint.
  The phone feature a somewhat small (for what weve come to expect from smartphones at least) 3.1 touch screen, has a 5MP camera, wi-fi, bluetooth and GPS but runs the slightly outdate Android 1.5 out of the box. The i1 will be going on sale on July 25 on their website for $149.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate and in stores on August 8. What makes the phone interesting is that it will be the first Android device to support Nextels push-t-talk technology and will feature a ruggedized design that could probably take a good beating. If youre as tough on your phones as I am, the i1 may definitely be an option to consider.
