I love my new i1 . Now you mat ask your selfs ."if you love this phone. Why not give it 5 Stars?Well. here is my answer.I really dint care about the 1.5OS . but the poor life battery it has. I KNOW, I KNOW. people reading this that know more about phones will say that it is because it is a small computer that if you play whit it using games,internet,Wi-Fi. and so on.It will deplete the life of any phone. and that is true. and i did not know till i got this phone. that is the only reason of a 4 star rating.but i love it there is a nice fell when you grab your i1 for the fist time . for those that have been w Boost Mobile for years. this is one of the best moves the have done. introducing smart phones to the prepaid world.REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHARGE YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. DISABLE THE GPS,Wi-Fi, BACK ROUND DATA,AND IF POSSIBLE TURN YOUR PHONE OFF BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP WILE IT CHARGES. TRUST ME IT WILL HELP. 4/5 Ed - See all my reviews This review is from: Motorola i1 (Boost Mobile) (Wireless Phone Accessory) I love my new i1 . VERY GOOD deal for price/value.

Purchased this phone a 2 weeks ago.Voice is ok. Data speed is low. But...I`m using google talk, google mail without any problem. If you are not itchy guy - you may just put web address and wait for some time when page is loaded. In most cases enough to take a look at 2-3 news pages per day. Usually - chat and mail.If you do not need to take a look at different online videos and games - this unit works WELL for MOST business cases. There is no big difference between IPhone and I1 usage here.About other things...Built very well. Acceptable camera pics, not very good video, but this is not video capturing device.OS version 1.5, but covers all you need and has friendly interface.Average battery life 1-1.5 days with my settings. This is the same what others smartphones has.Control your running application, screen brightness and other options, shutdown for night and you may get up to 3 days of usage.Boost Mobile... 5/5 Oleksandr Buturlakin "Alex" (USA, CA) - See all my reviews, September 24, 2010

    Nice phone but..

Be warned that this phone runs on the Nextel network, it is a push to talk phone. If you are going to do a lot of texting, be aware that the incoming text messages may be delayed for hours before you get them! And while the phone in an Android, it is slow and sluggish compared to other phones I have used. It also reboots itself a lot without warning, and it has locked up a lot when I have tried to make a phone call or text.I spent nearly two hours talking to Boost Mobile customer support trying to find out why the text messages were showing up hours after being sent to me, also they could not figure out why the phone keeps rebooting. I am hardly running any apps on it, and always clear out old messages. This phone was basically a waste of money. If you absolutely must have an Android, skip over this one, and go look at one of the other prepaid services that offer Androids now. This cellphone will leave you frustrated, especially when it reboots in the... 2/5 Eric Westrope "KindleReader" (United States of America) - See all my reviews, December 19, 2010

Before you read this keep in mind i've never spent more than $30 for a phone before.I've had previous experience with both ATT go-phones and Virgin Mobile. I bought this phone to finally replace my home phone line since the Boost service offers unlimited everything for $50.oo a month, which is a pretty awesome price for a pre-paid phone. The service: L-o-v-e it! I mean, the talking & texting is just like any other phone, nothing special, but I like not having to keep track of minutes or texts or kilobytes in my head when i'm trying to talk to someone or do something on my phone. I stick to main roads and downtown areas mostly so I don't have many problems with dead zones, though as i watch the bars traveling around i can see how some people might. The phone: Little disappointed for my first phone that i paid enough for so that i be concerned if the screen got scratched or it fell in the toilet. Other than the camera, which is webcam... 4/5 Kevin Beckwith (New London, CT) - See all my reviews, October 2, 2009

Not the greatest phone but I would recommend it

Boost Mobile stinks compared to other services that is a fact. The Clutch phone is not Motorola's best work. Yet it is all to lower cell costs to the consumer. For what you save it is well worth it. Other companies charge way to much for their services, thus they can offer the fancy phones, yet you need to sign your rights away for 2 to 3 years. I hope Boost will catch on so the other companies will have to drop their prices and contracts in fear of losing customers. I would love to go back to AT&T, they were the best, but $50.00 with them didn't get me much. Unlike other services, cell phone costs should be getting cheaper as their networks are paid for. All cell phones in my book should have a fee like Boost or like any land line phone company like Verizon. The Clutch offers web service, it works and you can get on-line and check mail, its not a G1 or 3 network but its online unlimited for 1 cost of $50.00 a month. Texting is the same as rest, the keyboard... 3/5 Jimmy Morelli (South Boston, MA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Boost Mobile I465 Motorola Clutch i465 (Wireless Phone Accessory) Boost Mobile stinks compared to other services that is a fact. Motorola's poor customer service

I have been buying motorola phones since the first time I started my cell service; 6 razrs and an i465 Clutch later I have decided I will NEVER buy another motorola product again. The razrs, while fabulous at taking great pictures all experienced major malfunctions - primarily, they all had screens that either went blank or they stopped working altogether. The i465 did not work properly from nearly the beginning of my purchase.I was back in the store where I bought the phone and activated it with Boost mobile service within 36 hours of the purchase. The store said it was Boost; Boost claimed it was motorola; motorola claimed it was Boost; it became a hot mess very quickly. Back to the store; back to motorola support; back to the store. Finally, I sent the phone back into motorola for repair. I have now spent literally a few hours total on the phone with motorola trying to get this issue resolved. This morning I received a box with the back... 1/5 Rosebuds101 - See all my reviews This review is from: Boost Mobile I465 Motorola Clutch i465 (Wireless Phone Accessory) I have been buying motorola phones since the first time I started my cell service; 6 razrs and an i465 Clutch later I have decided I will NEVER buy another motorola product again. The razrs, while fabulous at taking great pictures all experienced major malfunctions - primarily, they all had screens that either went blank or they stopped working altogether. Mine was difficult at first.

I purchased this product based upon only one good review, and the simple fact most products work, when new and advertised at amazon. My charger didn't work on the first try. I had a hard time getting a tight fit then the light would not come on indicating it was working properly. Next, readjusting the charger, it flashed and produced what seemed a charge (for an instant) then nothing. My sons always cautions against buying things made in China as if they aren't quality product. SoMeTiMes but not always, he gets to be correct in that summation.~dreamingUPDATE~ The seller asked me to try pushing in harder on the product because of its newness, and I asked my son to try and it works now...seems that once again, it was me that wasn't working. 1/5 Tikay (Southern -Cali.) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Come On People, for the MONEY it's GREAT!

I laugh when I read "Junk" or "Stay away". Come on! You want a ripping state-of-the-art Android phone? Go with a POST PAY PLAN and GET ONE!This is a PRE-Pay or Pay as you go carrier. They are NOT the same customer service or quality as you would get with a contracted phone company. Boost is on the Sprint or Nextel networks depending one the phone you choose. IDEN phones (with walkie talkie) are on the OLD OUTDATED Iden Network. I'd stay clear. The worst thing about that is background hiss, old technology similar to Police band 2 meter, and snail-paced data delivery. OH, and if you are traveling or have your Iden phone off, the caller gets the dreaded "Please wait while the subscriber you are calling is located.." message. Horrible. Some Boost phones (like this one) are on the Sprint digital network. Not much better COVERAGE than Iden, but better technology, and a more pristine signal and sound quality.Personally, I prefer my T-Mobile Post-pay contracted service... 4/5 WLT (St. Augustine, Florida) - See all my reviews This review is from: Motorola Rambler PrePaid Cell Phone (Boost Mobile) (Electronics) I laugh when I read "Junk" or "Stay away". Motorola Boost phone

This phone is sleek, sturdy, and stylish for the price point. It does not look like a cheap pre-paid phone. No one will even notice that it is a pre-pay phone. The key pad is sturdy and surprisingly easy to maneuver. There isn't sim card for the Rambler.I have used this phone for texting, making/receiving a call, calculator, taking/deleting a photo, adding contacts. And my phone appears to function properly. The setup went smoothly over the phone. I love the Boost mobile service. Best I've Ever Had

I bought this phone nearly two years ago and its still as great as the day I opened it. I have an old school phone plan; I don't use the internet or check my email. I only use this phone for calls, texts, and pictures. For these purposes, this has been the best phone I've had yet.I don't have any trouble with the battery- I charge every three days or so. It has frozen up a few times in the course of two years, but it wasn't anything removing the battery didn't fix.I like the user interface, it has convenient shortcuts, even a set of programmable shortcuts along the left side of the screen.Camera works well, enough quality that I can upload pictures online and they are normal-size and clear, but no flash.Touchscreen is great, I don't have to recalibrate often. And QWERTY keyboard is good also, it has auto correct so you don't have to type exactly right.Only complaint is that if you don't get the lock button pushed before... 5/5 KC Bette (Como) - See all my reviews This review is from: Samsung Solstice A887 Unlocked Phone with Touch Screen, 3G Support, 2MP Camera and GPS - No Warranty - Black (Wireless Phone Accessory) I bought this phone nearly two years ago and its still as great as the day I opened it. Watch out for charging problems!

This seemed like an Ok phone...for the three hours I was able to use it. It arrived with an initial charge on the battery, which allowed me to play with it for a few hours and test out the features. The touch screen worked well, but the qwerty keyboard was very small, which made texting difficult. I'm sure this is less of an issue once you get used to it, but I have pretty small hands/fingers and had to correct one out of every four letters while texting, so if you have large fingers, this probably isn't the phone for you. Other than that, it is a good basic phone. I don't use my phone for internet, email, or social networking, so I didn't try out these features. If you care about those features and like to customize your phone, definitely read the reviews. I noticed that a lot of people complained about not being able to change things like the screensaver - I don't care much about that, but some of the pictures that pop up on the screensaver are truly cheesy. Solid and dependable phone - with many fine details

Samsung Solstice is a touch screen phone that tries to make leaps towards features of a smart phone. In summary, the Solstice is a slim, dependable, and easy to use phone. My thoughts:- I like the touchscreen. It's generally very reactive, just off by a millimeter or so sometimes. Very responsive and becomes second nature after a while.- The main screen lets you put your favorite apps on a bar that acts like the taskbar of a PC. You can also drag the app icon onto the background for ease of access. The charge meter, network indicator, and time are all generally lit well and easy to read.- On idle mode, it's difficult to pocket dial and mistouch something, as long as you lock the phone each time. It's very simple to use and becomes an easy habit after a while. Almost every phone has that option. If you don't lock it, then it's your fault, not the phone.- Design is very nice, actually. The back button is the center on the... 4/5 Danny Yu (San Francisco, CA) - See all my reviews, September 20, 2011
