  Widespread problem

  I wish I would have read the BlackBerry blogs before purchasing this phone. It was fine when I first bought it, but since software upgrades, the phone has deteriorated to the point that I am replacing it. The space bar places periods whenever and wherever and key touches duplicate and triplicate entries when texting and emailing. I restored the phone to factory settings and changed the input settings - nothing helped.I contacted RIM and they aren't interested in helping; needless to say, my replacement won't be a BlackBerry - now or ever. For over $400 you'd think RIM would care. Plus, the phone was sold without a warranty. All around it was a terrible purchase. Read the blogs before you buy this phone - actually any phone.   This is a T-mobile version of Blackberry 9780

  I was actually surprised when I had this phone because they did not mention that it is T-mobile phone. The box was opened and used previously but it seems clean. It was a gift and I will try this phone outside in US. I really wonder it will work or not. The title of this should be T-mobile version.   The photos on the product page are absolutely misleading. What you receive is limited to a bare housing without any of the electrical bits shown in the pictures. As for the claims that this is an original Blackberry housing, not a chance. The fitment is off and there is that "Made in China" feel to the quality. Hobbyists may like the idea of taking apart their Bold 9700 bit by bit but this is not what you would have expected going by the photos on the product page. I felt the need to let other consumers know that this item is really a knock-off (a poor one at that) and the pictures are just there to bait you.   Best 3.5 mm stereo headset!

  These headset are awesome. You get the full range - high, mid, and low frequencies and they're easy on your ear drums. I tested these against Samsung's OEM and iPhone headsets and I think the RIM Blackberry headsets are much better. When using them with the smart phone and when the phone rings short pressing the button allows you to answer incoming calls. On outgoing calls double pressing the button redials the last called number. When using with Android phone and long press for three seconds activates the Voice Dialer to take voice commands; the same works with iPhone 4S - long press for three seconds activates Siri. They come with a clip so you can clip to your shirt/collar so the cord doesn't flop around and come in white to match your iGadget.
