  I don't have comments about the 3G problem because I'm outside USA and where I live there's not much difference between EDGE and 3G (3G is not real).The BB I received is not like the one showed in the picture, Q and A letters are inverted as well W and Z... at the beginning I found it odd but I'm getting used to it.   Nowhere on this product description it says that this item is NEW, yet they make you believe it is. Don't be fooled!! this cell phone is not new. It looks different from the original official white blackberry phone.. this phone came with black headsets and black case, when the white phone usually comes with a white case. Also, there are parts of the phone that look like they're not new, including the screen. Also, there was music and apps installed on the phone, as well.   The keyboard did not fit at all. It would hold the trackpad down and the button's wouldn't press. The keyboard was waaay to thick .the Back cover also had a scratch on it.   Dreadful

  This is a horrific knock off imitation of a blackberry white 9780 housing. For a start, the product does not even conform to the pictures. The outer housing is not even chrome, instead is a cheap off white piece of plastic. Further, the blackberry logo marking on the front is smudged. This is a truly dreadful product. I only bought this to replace the housing on my original blackberry because it was cracked.   What you see is not what you get.

  The photos on the product page are absolutely misleading. What you receive is limited to a bare housing without any of the electrical bits shown in the pictures. As for the claims that this is an original Blackberry housing, not a chance. The fitment is off and there is that "Made in China" feel to the quality. Hobbyists may like the idea of taking apart their Bold 9700 bit by bit but this is not what you would have expected going by the photos on the product page.   Widespread problem

  I wish I would have read the BlackBerry blogs before purchasing this phone. It was fine when I first bought it, but since software upgrades, the phone has deteriorated to the point that I am replacing it. The space bar places periods whenever and wherever and key touches duplicate and triplicate entries when texting and emailing. I restored the phone to factory settings and changed the input settings - nothing helped.I contacted RIM and they aren't interested in helping; needless to say, my replacement won't be a BlackBerry - now or ever. For over $400 you'd think RIM would care. Plus, the phone was sold without a warranty. All around it was a terrible purchase. Read the blogs before you buy this phone - actually any phone.   The product arrived defected and seller denied any alternatives.

  The blackberry was by far the WORST device ever. The keys didn't work! I have owned a blackberry for over 7 years and this product didn't work out of the box. The distributor said that I had a 3 day warranty when I called to request a replacement! I didn't ask for my money back, just a different device, which I thought was fair. Any reputable retailer would gladly replace a defective item.The device arrived right before Xmas (24th) and I called on the 28th and they said, "too bad, we were open on Christmas, you should've called then..." It never dawned on me that any retailer would be open. Most retailers closed in observance of the holiday. Apparently, this retailer, Worldwide does not observe Christian holidays and certainly doesn't respond in a Christian manner for sure. They were rude, cold on the phone and blamed me for not reading the tiny, and I mean tiny, print on their warranty.I am surprised that Amazon does business with them.   What was shown, was not what they sent me :(

  Just bought the Blackberry 9700 white housing set and I can't believe what they sent me. The pictures online show the official Blackberry white and chrome housing set but they sent to me a poor copy that was all white, no chrome on the sides as shown in the pictures.
