  great phone, good seller

  Very good seller with great follow up.The size of this pearl is great. fits in your pocket and it is rugged design. It can take it. It can be kicked around, or wind up under your clutch pedal and survive the abuse. The keyboard is a simple "regular style" that works well for standard text messaging. All the features are here: WIFI, GPS etc. Also a wide band of freqs for world travel and a very decent quality sound and speaker phone, good battery life.   They (The OEM Shop) still sending the WRONG model!

  I paid for a 9100, I got a box labeled as 9100, but it had a 9105 inside!!!... I've read this is not the first time this happens with this seller (The OEM Shop).Besides, to me, this seems to be done on purpose since is not the first time this happens AND they only give you the chance of returning it and getting a refound. You won't get the right model, even if you try... You can only get a refound! You can either still wasting your time to get your money back and look somewhere else, or stick with what you got but you didn't wanted/paid for.My advice to you is: <<<<<DON'T buy from "The OEM Shop">>>>> (they earned it)...   Battery came in a little ziplock bag, and upon inspection, is EXACTLY the same as my original OEM F-M1 that came with my BlackBerry 9670.There was no sign of use on the gold contacts, which was a good sign, so I put it in my phone and... nothing happened. Figured it was discharged completely, so I plugged in my phone to charge it... and nothing happened (at first). Got a little concerned, so I left it alone for about 10 minutes, came back, and the phone had restarted and the new battery was charging correctly. Left it on the charger about 2 hours past 100% charge to "top it off" and used the phone normally the rest of the day. Battery power depleted as expected and at the same rate as the original. Charged it back up to %100 that evening, and haven't had a problem with it since.Just give it a few minutes if you experience the same thing when initially installing the battery in your phone. But, it takes a few minutes before the phone will even indicate it is charging. This is normal for a fully discharged battery; it's just different from picking up a new phone with a battery that is already fully or partially charged. Now that my new battery is in use, it recharges rapidly.I notice some negative reviewers thought their batteries wouldn't charge but they probably did not charge them long enough for the charging light to come on.
