    This is a really good phone, the touch screen is very responsive, the keyboard the best in the market, Motorola or Samsung can try to copy but they never are going to get to the blackberry's keyboard level. the speed of the phone is excellent, pages load really fast.If you re looking for a good communication device buy this phone, but if you want a phone to play games instead of actually talking to people go with IOS or Android.     Everybody should own one

    This phone is really impressive.To be put simply this phone has all of the strengths of a BlackBerry with virtually none of the past weaknesses.These strengths are: the keyboard, the indicator light, call quality, call clarity, battery life, emails syncing faster, using less data (for those who don't know BlackBerries using RIMs proprietary network consume about 1/2 the data to do the same tasks as everything else), industrial design (this phone just feels higher quality than everything, even the iphone 4s and HTC phones, which are themselves very well made), and bbm (apple did it all wrong by integrating imessage with sms, bbm is great because its an entirely separate messaging client with true extra features, with imessage you may as well text)The past weaknesses which have been fixed:1.     Love it!!

    I Really enjoy using the blackberry bold 9900 especially the great keyboard thats attached to it. The design is simple yet eligent enough to bring a smile to my face every time I pick it up and use this device. I previously owned an iPhone4. I am glad I made the switch. I am happy to say that I am no longer part of the Cult of IPhone and all of the annoying freemium/micro-purchasing BS that has taken over THAT market. One issue that others people are complaining about is the short battery life that comes with the bold 9900 (same issue with the iPhone 4S). The problem persisted until a new update was made that remedied the negative battery life issue. I have updated my Bold 9900 to 7.0 bundle 2392 (v 7.0.0.576, platform 5.0.0.733). This update seems to have fixed the issue as I am still on an 80% charge at 2:44 pm today (without the update, the phones energy would drain itself overnight). I charged the phone last at 7:00 pm yesternight.     Nice solid smartphone

    This Blackberry is my favorite. It feels very solid especially compared to all the newer models; they feel very "plasticky". The color white is an attention catcher. I am always asked what king of phone is that. The operating system is really fast and is very smart. I like the center ball. It makes life easy. I highly recommend this phone but make sure you get it with the Blackberry leather case.     Hi!I bought 2 BB 9000 and i have no major complaints, except non-original Blackberry batteries. One of them threw and error (523) a few hours after, but it turn back to normal after a few minutes. The other one has a small bump in a corner, but nothing too important. I once bought 2 BB from Ebay and was scammed by the seller, the cellphones were reported stolen! so i lost my money.     World Wide Distributors customer service is horrible!!!

    To all Amazon customers. I truly and honestly advise you all to be careful of who is the merchant of the products you are buying from. I ordered a Blackberry Tour 9630 for my fiancee. First when I order the phone, they sent me the wrong endorsed phone. I needed a Sprint PCS phone, they send her a Verizon phone. After she mailed the phone back, by overnite, to World Wide Distributors, she had to wait 6 days to recieve the correct phone. While my fiancee has the correctly endorsed phone, she goes to the local Sprint PCS store and finds out that the phone she has CAN NOT be activated. The phone came up as LOST or STOLEN! While my fiancee called World Wide, she was trying to get ahold of customer service and the young lady hung up on her. This company should be shut down and banned from any further business with any group, company, or business alike. That said, it works pretty well -- with one major exception: where I am (in Tanzania) the data portion is not unlocked. The handset will not enable data access at all. The cel phone company rep here (Airtel)told me they have had this problem with many Verizon BBerries, and despite their request, RIM has not come back with a solution for unlocking the phones for data.And now Amazon won't let me return it as the 30 days are up.     UNBELIEVABLE

    I really advice all to make sure the company you are going to give your money to, will be a good reliable one. My fiancee who is currently deployed to Iraq sent me a Blackberry tour 9630 as a gift. I was excited until the phone I recieved was the wrong carrier. I am with Sprint they sent a Verizon phone. Customer service rep ANITA when I contacted them let me know she would email a ups label. It has been a week I am still waiting for the email! I knew better sent the phone out to them over night. Today I recieved the correct Sprint Blackberry. To my surprise when I go to activate is they can't do it because the phone was reported LOST or STOLEN!!!!! I was irrate I called World Wide while at the store, all John could do is give me his email so I could email him!!!     Great Phone!

    I bought this phone a couple months ago and I haven't had any problems with it. The os is very good, downloads very fast. I needed a replacement phone for my LG phone and BB curve and torch were my choices. Its very convenient specially I am always on the go, from work and school. I just really like the way the new OS 6 works. Camera is good could have been better with a flash, takes clear pics. I am not really a touch phone kind of person don't have the patience for it and I don't really like to play games on my phones so this was a good choice for me. I have used all the features and available apps on my phone everything works great! I like this phone actually love it!! I think it is just how and what you use your phone for will you really know if it the best phone for you, hey you can customize it anyways. I recommend this phone if you're more into the organization of files, emails and of course voice and messages.     Got this phone for my birthday yesterday everything seems to be great apart from the keyboard its really wobbly, is there any way I can fix this? I do have this case that covers the buttons as well but the cover is very cheap material. Is the keyboard supposed to be like this?     As a high school student, my phone has been handled by many people, and i have dropped it almost every day. I have even dropped it in a gutter full of water on a rainy day, and with out a problem, it turned back on perfectly in a couple days.This phone is the best one i have had.     Got a fake battery, a refurbished phone and fake earphones

    I always wanted to buy a Blackberry phone, however what I received from Amazon was a refurbished phone. I ordered for a brand new phone, but the phone that I received was in used condition (it had dust around the ear piece, and I also saw a few pics clicked by someone).I was more disappointed when I saw that the phone battery was fake (it was pure black in color, a Chinese make, and had no Blackberry symbol or name on it).     Used - Not New

    Very good phone but ...

    Buy two phones blackberry for me to send them to Venezuela, one of them I had no problems, but the other came all bad, all these phones are AT & T, and reconstruct, the phone's battery was damage to two weeks, and sound too bad wine did not sound anything! is very obvious that we can not return the phone because we are far away and shipping is very expensive, what a disappointment get this phone in this state, relying on what they say something that is not accurate because they are new, very careful not to buy take this disappointment of a page as recognized as AMAZOM.     Giving trouble

    I bought this item in December 2011. It was working ok for first 2-3 months. Then problem started. First with watching videos. It started to get switched off in 5-10 mins if I play Youtube on this.Then problem started with talktime. Now it get switched off if I talk more than 30 mins. Looking for a new phone now.
